Question #1:
Question #2:
I have a large dining table from Pottery Barn with a dark cherry stain. I've used all kinds of spray cleaners (Orange Glo, etc) to clean it over the years, and it has finally occured to me that this was the wrong way to do it. I believe the table has a polyurethane finish on it, and I know now that wood polish and poly don't mix (right?). So now I have a lot of buildup on the table that I want to remove. I also have a couple heat "stains" -- cloudy white areas. How do I get rid of the buildup and heat stains, and once I've done that, how do I clean it on a daily basis to maintain the shine? This is a table that we use every day, and we have kids, so you know it gets messy. Many thanks!

Question #4:
I am wanting some new dinner plates. I am facinated by the Polish Pottery I've been finding on ebay, but it seems they have different looks and sizes. Dinner plates seem to run from 9 to 11 inches. Is there one brand better to collect than another. Are there fakes, and what do I watch out for? Thanks!
